United Engineers Limited (UEL) is a public company listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. UEL is the holding company of a large group of companies spanning eleven countries engaging in diverse industries, including Engineering, Construction and Property Development, Integrated Facility Management (IFM) and Trading.

Forward 50 was engaged by UEL to refurnish the rest rooms at UE Square.

One of the key requests from the clients was to minimise noise from hacking and other wet works, and to complete the job in minimal time to reduce inconvenience to the workplace.

A paint-on/spray-on refinishing product was hence selected to update the look for the walls, floors and vanity.

In addition, new sandblasted mirrors and stainless steel decorative details were fabricated, together with improved plumbing works. The lighting was also redesigned to create a clean, comfortable and contemporary feel within the restrooms.

UEL further commissioned Forward 50 for upgrading works to the public restrooms at level 1 after this project.
